LPN Message From Brad
Filed Under brad, news | Leave a Comment
LPN,
Thank you SO much for your continued support of our band. We’ve been making music as Linkin Park for almost a decade, and, in that time, your collective dedication has never waned. We’re so honored to have won an American Music Award last night, and are incredibly grateful to everyone who voted for us online. We worked for a year and a half to make Minutes to Midnight, and spent an additional eighteen months on tour supporting it. I hope you enjoy the album as much as I still do.
Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays.

Road to Revolution - Review
Filed Under news, reviews | Leave a Comment
Hey guys, here’s a little review of Road To Revolution, I bet you’ve all heard it already but it’s always nice to read what other people thought of it.
Linkin Park release their second official live album ‘Road to Revolution’ after their recent gig at Project Revolution in Milton Keynes. The CD/DVD combo features 17 of Linkin Park’s biggest hits recorded live in concert. However, this review is based on a sample CD that contains only 10 tracks, 5 of which have already been released on other albums. The other 5 being the live versions of those tracks. Therefore this review is based on those 5 tracks only.
The first of these live tracks is ‘Leave Out All The Rest’, one of Linkin Parks most popular songs from their 2007 album ‘Minutes to Midnight’. The track begins with a cheer and the crowd begin clapping the rhythm throughout the first verse. ‘Leave Out All The Rest’ is performed well live with Chester Bennington’s vocals being almost tuned to perfection throught the entire track, which is something difficult to do live. Although, after seeing Linkin Park live at Download in 2007, I know just how outstanding they are. [More]

With Thanksgiving coming up on Thursday (November 27th), the members of Linkin Park say they’re thankful just to be home for the holiday. Last year at this time, the band was on the road and drummer Rob Bourdon told us he’s glad the situation is different this time: “We’re excited to be home to see our families and hang out with friends and all that, ’cause last Thanksgiving we were in Japan. Our agent had booked a show and we ended up having Thanksgiving at Roy’s in Japan, and the chefs there were kind enough to kind of throw together the best version of Thanksgiving dinner that they could. Some of the stuff they nailed, but some of the stuff was just not quite what you get at home.”

Chester & Phoenix MTV Interview
Filed Under pictures, updates, videos | Leave a Comment
Over at LPTimes you can find an interview with Chester and Phoenix for the MTV. It’s quite funny and cute hehe, they talk about Road To Revolution (in stores… NOW!!!), how they suck at choosing DVD/CD’s names, the Twilight soundtrack and how Dave have actually read the books (big *lol* at that). And the funniest bit is when they talk about Chester playing the bass for Dave’s birthday. You can download the interview here at LPTimes. But I made some screen captures for you.
