Filed Under lyrics, updates | Leave a Comment
I added “We Made It” Lyrics to the site’s lyrics section… here it is.
(Chester Bennington:)
together we made it we made it even though we had our backs up against the wall(Busta Rhymes:)
see i think i survived the worst but my life is glorious
but i know that i need to be hurdled and i’m so victorious
take a look i’m a symbol of greatness back home
as force accumalted the wind and but a believe i’m so notorious
didn’t know i’ve been buying my bread even though we rapping now (yes)
and now when u look on my trip———– higher level tramping now(chorus-Chester Bennington:)
together we made it we made it even though we
had our backs up against the wall forever we waited
and they told us we were never going to get it
but we took it on the road on the road on the roooooad on the road
on the road on the roooooooad(Mike Shinoda)
when it all got started we was steadily just getting rejected
and it seemed like nothing we could do would ever get us respected
and thus we was stressed and the worst they probably said was we’re pathetic
had all the pieces to that puzzle just a way to get connected and i was fighting through every ryhme
tighting up every line never resting the question and i was out of my mind and it finally came time
to do it or let it die so put the chips on the table and told me to let it fly ohhh
singing yea(chorus-Chester Bennington:)
together we made it we made it even though we
had our backs up against the wall forever we waited
and they told us we were never going to get it
but we took it on the road on the road on the roooooad on the road
on the road on the roooooooad(Busta Rhymes:)
look in case you misunderstanded excatly what i’m building
shit that i could leave for my children (children) children (children)
now i only wake up i smile to see how far i come fighting for sales on a strip
to get hussle from nights in jail on a bench using my muscles son
to count money —but now i live when i dream you see me finally getting it
let’s make a toast to the hustle —–ohhhh singing
(chorus- Chester Bennington:)
together we made it we made it even though we
had our backs up against the wall forever we waited
and they told us we were never going to get it
but we took it on the road on the road on the roooooad on the road
on the road on the roooooooad

One Small Step For Linkin Park
Filed Under news | Leave a Comment
The rockers of Linkin Park are not actors by trade, but the band is taking some new steps with their music videos. For their latest space-themed clip, “Leave Out All The Rest,” the entire group got into character instead of just playing their instruments. Singer Chester Bennington took it one step further, at first asking the crew to refer to him as Lord Humongous. He explains that his nickname evolved throughout the production, as Mike Shinoda reveals a little too much about the naming game. Shinoda adds that since the band members typically don’t act, they told the crew that for them to properly get into character, they needed to be called astronauts. The crew complied, and were lucky enough to finish quickly so they could bid farewell to the astronauts for the day. Keep an eye out for the “Leave Out All The Rest” video, coming soon.
